PAC TR-4 Trigger Module
12-volt solid state relay with 1-second turn-on delay
Manage your 12-volt system's on/off switching
PAC's TR-4 Trigger Module uses a low-voltage trigger circuit — as low as 0.8 volts — to switch on its output circuit so that a 12-volt signal can turn on all your system's processors and amplifiers. The trigger is sensitive enough to sense even the DC offset in a receiver's output signal, so you can use this electronic relay to turn on your system without needing to run a wire to the fuse box. The TR-4 features a 1-second delay when switched on, to eliminate any potentially damaging amplifier turn-on pops or crackles.
Note: This is a low-current, 2-amp, electronic component suitable for switching a trigger circuit. It should never be used directly on an amplifier or receiver's power wire. Warranty: 1 year.
